Payment Terms & Pricing

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclusive of VAT. Prices are current at the time of orders being placed, however we reserve the right to amend pricing and product information at any time without notice.

All prices are quoted on your copy order. Your acceptance of our delivery means acceptance of our products and their price.

Initial orders may be on a pro-forma invoice basis. Thereafter, Trading terms will be decided by us from date of invoice. Persistent delays in payment within the set out terms will result in a review or removal of credit facilities. All invoiced/delivered stock remains the property of Vir Plastics Limited until such a time as the invoice amount is paid in full within the credit terms specified. We do not under any circumstances operate on a sell or return basis.

Minimum Order Size

We have a minimum order size of £600 within London. Please contact us for details of all orders outside London.

Credit Limits

We are protected by The Credit Protection Agency and all Credit Limits will be set for customers upon opening of account, subject to a Credit check being carried out. This will be reviewed annually. Further goods will not be delivered to any customer whose credit limit is exceeded until sufficient payment is received.

Delivery Charge

We provide a free delivery within London. All orders delivered outside London may be subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us for further information on charges.

Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered either by our own vehicles or by transport companies. We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 5 working days of receiving them.

Damages & Shortages

All claims for damaged or missing goods must be made in writing (Fax, Email, or Letter, listing the items) within 7 days of receiving the goods. Thereafter, a credit note will only be issued once the damaged goods have been uplifted and inspected.

We will not issue a credit note for any products that have been sold on to and returned by your customers.
