Payment Terms & Pricing

All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT.

Prices and product information are correct at the time an order is placed. However, Vir Plastics Limited reserves the right to amend prices and product information at any time without prior notice.

All prices applicable to an order will be stated on the customer’s copy of the order. Acceptance of delivery shall constitute acceptance of the products supplied and the prices charged.

Initial orders may be supplied on a pro-forma invoice basis. Thereafter, credit and trading terms will be determined by Vir Plastics Limited from the date of invoice.

Persistent delays in payment within the agreed payment terms may result in a review, reduction, or withdrawal of credit facilities.

All goods invoiced and/or delivered remain the property of Vir Plastics Limited until the relevant invoice has been paid in full within the agreed credit terms.

Vir Plastics Limited does not operate on a sale-or-return basis under any circumstances.

Minimum Order Size

The minimum order value for deliveries within London is £600 + VAT.

Please contact us for information regarding minimum order requirements for deliveries outside London.

Credit Limits

Vir Plastics Limited is protected by The Credit Protection Association. Credit limits will be established for customers when an account is opened, subject to a satisfactory credit check, and will be reviewed annually.

No further goods will be delivered to any customer whose outstanding balance exceeds their approved credit limit until sufficient payment has been received to bring the account back within the agreed limit.

Delivery Charges

We provide free delivery within London on all orders over £600 + VAT.

Orders delivered outside London may be subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us for further information regarding applicable charges.

Delivery Information

Orders will be delivered either using our own vehicles or through third-party transport companies.

We will endeavour to deliver all orders within five working days of receipt.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances outside our control.

Damages & Shortages

Any claim relating to damaged, missing, or short-delivered goods must be submitted in writing by email, fax, or letter within seven days of receipt of the goods. Claims must clearly identify the affected items and provide sufficient details of the damage or shortage.

Where applicable, a credit note will only be issued after the damaged goods have been collected and inspected by Vir Plastics Limited.

We will not issue credit for products that have subsequently been sold to, and returned by, your customers.
